Mayhem Cycling & CyclePaths of Greensboro will join the RJ Strong Foundation in hosting our 3rd Annual Pedaling for Mental Health Bike Ride, which will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The ride will start/end at Ragsdale High School located at 1000 Lucy Ragsdale Road, Jamestown, North Carolina 27282.
This charity bike ride was conceived to focus on the importance of Mental Health Awareness as it is nationally recognized during the month of May. Our intent is to encourage adults and children, especially students aged 12 and up as well as teachers, healthcare workers, and various other essential workers in our communities, to consider cycling as a way to balance mental and physical health.
At this inaugural event there is something for every ability along the safe 20K (12.5 miles), 50K (31 miles) or 100K (62 miles) routes. The event features a socially distanced, time-trial style start; results and start/finish photos; SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles that patrol the clearly marked routes; and well-stocked rest areas.
